Common use of Liability of Account Bank Clause in Contracts

Liability of Account Bank. The Account Bank shall not be liable in respect of any claims, loss, liability, demand, costs, expenses and damages suffered or incurred by the Issuer and/or the Security Trustee and/or the Cash Manager as a result of the performance of its obligations under this Agreement save where such loss, liability, claim, expense or damage is suffered, or incurred as a result of any wilful default, fraud or negligence of the Account Bank or any of its officers, employees or agents.
