Liability of Australian Internships. a. Australian Internships makes no representations, warranties or undertakings as to the condition or state of the accommodation. b. In no event is Australian Internships liable to the intern arising from the termination of any tenancy agreement regarding the accommodation or as a result of the state or condition of the accommodation or any death, injury or loss suffered or incurred by the intern in relation to the accommodation by whatever reason or cause.
