Liability of Cardmember in case of. (i) above Provided that Cardmember has acted in good faith, his liability arising out of any unauthorized use of the Card prior to reporting to American Express shall be limited to Rupees one thousand only. The liability of the Cardmember after American Express receive the above report shall be “nil”.
