Common use of Liability of Grantee Clause in Contracts

Liability of Grantee. The Grantee shall remain fully liable and obligated for compliance with this Agreement notwithstanding the subgranting, lending or contracting with any third party(s). The Grantee shall require any third party to comply with all applicable provisions of this Agreement, shall provide a copy of this Agreement to any such third party, and shall, when appropriate, attach and incorporate by reference this Agreement to any contract with such third party.
