(a) Nothing herein shall require the Manager to maintain any minimum net worth or shall make any person associated with the Manager individually liable for any debt, liability or obligation of this Fund or of the Manager, and neither shall the Manager have any obligation to restore any negative balance in any Investor's or in the Manager's Capital Account.
