LIABILITY OF LICENSEE FOR PRODUCTS. Licensee shall assume all financial and other obligations for the products made and sold by it under this Agreement and Licensor shall not incur any liability or responsibility to Licensee or to third parties arising out of or connected in any manner with Licensee's products made or sold pursuant to this Agreement. In no event shall Licensor be liable for lost profits, special damages, consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of or connected in any manner with this Agreement or the products made or sold by Licensee under this Agreement.
