Common use of Liability of Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Liability of Limited Partner. No Limited Partner shall be obligated to provide any contributions to the Partnership other than the Original Capital Contribution (as defined in Section 9.02 below) of such Limited Partner. No Limited Partner shall be obligated to make any loan to the Partnership.
