Liability of Limited Partners and Subordinated Limited Partners. A Limited Partner and a Subordinated Limited Partner shall only be liable to make the payment of his Capital Contribution. Except as provided in the Missouri Limited Partnership Act, no Limited Partner or Subordinated Limited Partner shall be liable for any obligations of the Partnership.
