Common use of Liability of Shareholders Clause in Contracts

This Agreement is executed by or on behalf of the Directors of the Company solely in their capacity as such Directors, and shall not constitute their personal obligation either jointly or severally in their individual capacities. The shareholders, Directors, officers or agents of the Company shall not be personally liable for any obligations of the Company under this Agreement and all parties hereto shall look solely to the property of the Company for the payment of any claim hereunder.
