Common use of LIABILITY OF SKYSCAPE Clause in Contracts

LIABILITY OF SKYSCAPE. The Purchaser hereby acknowledges that Skyscape is a party to this Agreement in its capacity only as holder of one Ordinary Share in each of the Irish Companies as nominee for GPA. Skyscape's maximum liability to the Purchaser in respect of any claims under this Agreement (including any breaches of Warranty or under the Seller Indemnity) or under the Deed of Tax Indemnity shall be limited to IR (pound) 1.
