Common use of LIABILITY OF SUPPLEMENTARY CARDMEMBERS Clause in Contracts

LIABILITY OF SUPPLEMENTARY CARDMEMBERS. The Supplementary Cardmember is liable for and must pay us on demand for such part of the outstanding balance in connection with his/her Supplementary Card, including all sums and charges debited by us to any Card Account in accordance with this Agreement in respect of Card Transactions effected by the use of the Card issued to that Supplementary Cardmember and/or the Security Procedure applicable to such Card, or any PIN issued or Security Procedure applicable to that Supplementary Cardmember, including the amount of all interest and other charges debited to the Card Accounts which are attributed to those Card Transactions or any of them, which remain outstanding or unpaid.

LIABILITY OF SUPPLEMENTARY CARDMEMBERS. The Supplementary Cardmember is liable for and must pay us on demand for such part of the outstanding balance in connection with his/her Supplementary Card, including all sums and charges debited by us to from any Card Designated Account in accordance with this Agreement in respect of Card Transactions effected by the use of the Card issued to that Supplementary Cardmember and/or the Security Procedure applicable to such Card, or any PIN issued or Security Procedure applicable to that Supplementary Cardmember. For the avoidance of doubt, including each Supplementary Cardmember is not liable for such part of the amount of all interest and outstanding balance incurred by the Principal Cardmember or other charges debited to the Card Accounts which are attributed to those Card Transactions or any of them, which remain outstanding or unpaidSupplementary Cardmembers.
