LIABILITY OF SUPPLEMENTARY CARDMEMBERS. The Supplementary Cardmember is liable for and must pay us on demand for such part of the outstanding balance in connection with his/her Supplementary Card, including all sums and charges debited by us from any Designated Account in accordance with this Agreement in respect of Card Transactions effected by the use of the Card issued to that Supplementary Cardmember. For the avoidance of doubt, each Supplementary Cardmember is not liable for such part of the outstanding balance incurred by the Principal Cardmember or other Supplementary Cardmembers.
