Common use of Liability of the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall not have any liabilities or responsibilities to the Borrower on account of the failure of any Lender (other than the Administrative Agent in its capacity as a Lender) to perform its obligations hereunder or to any Lender on account of the failure of the Borrower to perform its obligations hereunder or under any other Loan Document.
