Common use of LIABILITY OF THE CARDHOLDERS Clause in Contracts

LIABILITY OF THE CARDHOLDERS. 11.1 Without prejudice to the Cardmember’s liability under Condition 10.2 and subject to Condition 5.1 and 5.2, each Cardholder shall be liable for and shall pay DBS on demand: 11.1.1 the amount of each and every Card Transaction made or effected through the use of the Card and/or the Card Particulars of the Card issued to that Cardholder (whether by that Cardholder or any other person with or without the knowledge or authority of that Cardholder) and 11.1.2 a Finance Charge on each of the aforesaid amounts from the date when the Card Transaction relating to that amount was effected or such other date as DBS may determine until payment in full is made to DBS. Save as aforesaid, a Cardholder shall not be liable for any Card Transaction.
