Liability of the Holder of Common Securities. Any Holder of the Common Securities shall be liable for the debts and obligations of the Issuer Trust in the manner and to the extent set forth in the Expense Agreement and agrees that it shall be subject to all liabilities to which the Holder of the Common Securities may be subject, and shall make all payments that the Holder of the Common Securities is required to make, under the terms of the Expense Agreement.
