Liability of the Lender. The Lender shall in no event be responsible or liable to any person other than the Borrower for the disbursement of or failure to disburse the proceeds of the Loan or any part thereof and no subcontractor, laborer or material supplier shall have any right or claim against the Lender under this Agreement, or the administration thereof.
