Common use of Liability of the Lessor Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Lessor. Section 9.17 Except as otherwise provided in this Lease or applicable law, for any breach of this Lease the liability of Lessor (including all persons and entities that comprise Lessor, and any successor Lessor) and any recourse by Lessee against Lessor shall be limited to the interest of Lessor and Lessor’s successors in interest in and to the Building and Real Property.
