Common use of Liability of the Members Generally Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Members Generally. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or the Act, no Member (or former Member) shall be obligated to make any contribution of capital to the Company or have any liability for the debts and obligations of the Company. This Section 1.6 is in furtherance of, and not in limitation of, Section 18-303(a) of the Act.
