Common use of Liability of the Operating Agent Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Operating Agent. The Operating Agent shall use all reasonable skill and care in carrying out its duties under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Except as otherwise provided in this Article, the cost of all damage to property, and all expenses associated with claims, actions, and other costs arising from work approved by the Executive Committee and undertaken with common funds for a Task shall be charged to the Budget of that Task; such costs and expenses arising from other work undertaken for a Task shall be charged to the Budget of that Task if the Task Annex so provides or the Executive Committee, acting by unanimity, so decides.
