Liability of the Property Manager, the Special Servicer and the Back-Up Manager. The Property Manager, the Special Servicer and the Back-Up Manager shall be liable in accordance herewith only to the extent provided in Section 5.03 with respect to the obligations specifically imposed upon and undertaken by the Property Manager, the Special Servicer and the Back-Up Manager, respectively, herein.
