Common use of Liability of the Subsidiary Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Subsidiary Guarantor. The Administrative Agent and the Bank have and shall have the absolute right to enforce the liability of the Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder without resort to any other right or remedy including any right or remedy under any other guaranty or against any other guarantor of any of the Obligations, and the release or discharge of any other guarantor of any Obligations shall not affect the continuing liability of the Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder that has not been released or discharged.
