Common use of Liability of the Transferors Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Transferors. Each Transferor (including any Additional Transferors) shall be severally, and not jointly, liable in all respects for the obligations, covenants, representations and warranties undertaken by it pursuant to this Agreement or any Supplement and shall not be liable for the obligations, covenants, representations and warranties of any other Transferor. A Transferor shall be liable only to the extent of the obligations specifically undertaken by it in its capacity as Transferor.
