LIABILITY OF TRUSTEES, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES. The Trustees and the individuals identified as Additional Indemnitees in Section 2.1(c)(xiv) above shall not be liable to the PI Trust, to any individual holding an asbestos claim, or to any other person, except for such individual's own breach of trust committed in bad faith or willful misappropriation. In addition, the Trustees and the Additional Indemnitees shall not be liable for any act or omission of any other Trustee or Additional Indemnitee unless such person acted with bad faith in the selection or retention of such other Trustee or Additional Indemnitee.
