Common use of Liability; Successors and Assigns Clause in Contracts

Liability; Successors and Assigns. If the Mortgagor consists of more than one person or entity, the obligations and liabilities of each such person or entity hereunder shall be joint and several. The provisions of this Mortgage shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Mortgagor and the Lender and their respective successors and assigns forever.
