Common use of Liability under the License Clause in Contracts

Liability under the License. 4.1. The Database (Data included) shall be provided as is. The Rightholder provides no guarantees of errorfree operation of the Database or individual components and/or functions thereof, correspondence of the Database to specific goals and expectations of the User, reliability, accuracy, completeness and actuality of Data and provides no other guarantees save for expressly stipulated herein.
