Liability With Respect to Documents. The Owner Trustee, either in its trust or individual capacities, shall not incur any liability to any Person for or in respect of the recitals herein, the validity or sufficiency of this Trust Agreement or for the due execution hereof by each Holder or for the form, character, genuineness, sufficiency, value or validity of any Property or for or in respect of the validity or sufficiency of any of the Operative Agreements and the Owner Trustee, either in its trust or individual capacities, shall in no event assume or incur any liability, duty or obligation to any Person or to any Holder, other than as expressly provided for herein or in any of the other Operative Agreements.
