Common use of Liaison Persons Clause in Contracts

Liaison Persons. a) The Thorneloe Steward and the President shall act as liaison between the two parties as required by this Agreement as well as co-ordinate and exchange information as per Article 1.41. When either party deems it advisable, its representative may be accompanied by one (1) or more advisers. b) The parties are authorized from time to time to enter into memoranda of agreement with regard to the Collective Agreement. The parties may from time to time authorize other representatives, in addition to the President and the Thorneloe Steward to sign these memoranda of agreement.
