Liaisons to School Districts and Law Enforcement Agencies. It is recognized and agreed that without ongoing active communication and cooperation among school and law enforcement officials the goals of this Agreement cannot be achieved. For this reason, Article 2 of this Agreement requires that law enforcement agencies and school districts designate one or more liaisons.
