LIBOR Lending Office Clause Samples

The LIBOR Lending Office clause designates the specific office or branch of a lender that will be responsible for making and maintaining loans that are based on the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR). In practice, this clause allows the lender to specify which of its offices will handle the administration and funding of LIBOR-based loans, which can be important for regulatory, tax, or operational reasons. By clearly identifying the relevant lending office, the clause ensures transparency and helps avoid confusion regarding which entity is responsible for the loan, thereby facilitating smooth loan administration and compliance.
