Common use of LIBOR Notes Clause in Contracts

LIBOR Notes. If the Interest Rate Basis is LIBOR, this Note shall be deemed to be a “LIBOR Note.” A LIBOR Note will bear interest for each Interest Period at the interest rate calculated with reference to LIBOR and the Spread or Spread Multiplier, if any. The Calculation Agent will determine LIBOR for each LIBOR Determination Date by the Calculation Date pertaining to such LIBOR Determination Date. The LIBOR Determination Date is the second (2nd) London Business Day prior to the Interest Reset Date for each Interest Reset Period.
