ORIGINAL COPIES Each signatory to this Sublease acknowledges receipt of an executed copy thereof.

Requesting Paper Copies If you would like a paper copy of a Communication we previously sent you electronically, you may print it. You may also request that we send you a paper copy by calling, emailing or writing us via any of the methods set forth in the Contacting Us section (Section 4(j)) below. Such a request must identify the specific electronic Communication for which you want a paper copy.
Multiple Copies This Agreement may be executed in any number of copies and each such copy shall be deemed an original.
Commercial Copies The Corporation shall cause commercial copies of the Final Qualification Prospectus and any Supplementary Material to be delivered to the Agents without charge, in such numbers and in such cities in the Qualifying Jurisdictions as the Agents may reasonably request. Such delivery shall be effected as soon as practicable and, in any event, within two Business Days after the filing thereof in the Qualifying Jurisdictions.
Agreement Copies Copies of the agreement shall be printed and distributed by the District to all employees covered by this Agreement.
Complete Copies of Materials The Company has delivered or made available true and complete copies of each document (or summaries of same) that has been requested by Parent or its counsel.
Website, Email Address and Toll-Free Number The Administrator will establish and maintain and use an internet website to post information of interest to Class Members including the date, time and location for the Final Approval Hearing and copies of the Settlement Agreement, Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Preliminary Approval, the Class Notice, the Motion for Final Approval, the Motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and Class Representative Service Payment, the Final Approval and the Judgment. The Administrator will also maintain and monitor an email address and a toll-free telephone number to receive Class Member calls, faxes and emails.
Return of Copies If we so request in writing, you shall return all Confidential Information supplied to you by us and destroy or permanently erase all copies of Confidential Information made by you and use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that anyone to whom you have supplied any Confidential Information destroys or permanently erases such Confidential Information and any copies made by them, in each case save to the extent that you or the recipients are required to retain any such Confidential Information by any applicable law, rule or regulation or by any competent judicial, governmental, supervisory or regulatory body or in accordance with internal policy, or where the Confidential Information has been disclosed under paragraph 2(b) above.
Email You acknowledge that we are able to send electronic mail to you and receive electronic mail from you. You release us from any claim you may have as a result of any unauthorised copying, recording, reading or interference with that document or information after transmission, for any delay or non-delivery of any document or information and for any damage caused to your system or any files by a transfer.
