LIBRARY PRIVILEGES. Employees shall continue to enjoy borrowing privileges at the University Library. All employees with five (5) years continuous services as a continuing employee upon retirement, shall continue to enjoy borrowing privileges at the University Library.
LIBRARY PRIVILEGES. Library privileges will be extended on a continuing basis for all employees so long as they are in the bargaining unit.
LIBRARY PRIVILEGES. Members of the bargaining unit shall enjoy all general privileges extended to members of the P/A staff excluded from the bargaining unit, including Inter-Library Loan.
LIBRARY PRIVILEGES. Employees who are teaching in a given semester will be afforded borrowing privileges afforded other teaching faculty. Employees who are laid-off or who are not teaching during a given semester or Spring/Summer will be given guest borrowing privileges. Employees shall have inter-library loan privileges in accordance with normal library procedures through the circulation desk. They may also request materials needed for their courses be placed on reserve for the term. Employees will need to request these privileges from the circulation desk attendant in accordance with normal library procedures. Employees may submit a request for library acquisitions through the normal procedures in the department and/or College.

Employees will be afforded extended borrowing privileges and will be permitted to check out circulating library materials from the date of checkout to the end of the current semester. Employees shall have inter-library loan privileges in accordance with normal library procedures through the circulation desk. They may also request materials needed for their courses be placed on reserve for the term. Employees may submit a request for library acquisitions through the normal procedures in the department and/or college.
LIBRARY PRIVILEGES. For the term of this agreement all GEs shall have the same library borrowing privileges as doctoral candidates. Doctoral students will continue to have priority in the assignment of library carrels.
LIBRARY PRIVILEGES. Part-time faculty members shall have the same library privileges available to all other faculty. Such privileges shall be maintained for part-time faculty members who have requested leaves defined in Article 14 and Article 15.
LIBRARY PRIVILEGES. Upon hire, employees shall be granted full library privileges for a period of one calendar year.
