LICENCE GRANTED BY THE AUTHORITY. 46.1 Subject to Clause 50, the Authority grants to the Supplier a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to copy, distribute or otherwise use (and for the Supplier to permit its Subcontractors to copy, distribute or otherwise use) (i) the Authority IPR contained in any information, document, specification, drawing, plan or other material supplied or made available by the Authority to the Supplier; and (ii) the Authority Data, solely to the extent necessary for the performance of the Supplier's obligations under this Contract.
