LICENCE OF CLIENT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. The Client hereby grants to Exult Supplier (or, in the case of Client Intellectual Property licensed to the Client, to the extent that such grant is not within its power, shall use reasonable endeavours to procure the grant to Exult Supplier of) a worldwide, non-exclusive, unlimited user, royalty free licence to use and the right to sublicence to subcontractors, the Client Intellectual Property solely for the purposes of providing the Services to the Client under this Agreement.
