LICENCE OF EXULT SUPPLIER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Exult Supplier hereby grants to the Client (or, in the case of Exult Supplier Intellectual Property licensed to Exult Supplier by third parties to the extent that such grant is not within its power, shall use reasonable endeavours, to procure the grant to the Client of) a worldwide non-exclusive, unlimited user licence, together with a right to sub-license to third parties, to use the Exult Supplier Intellectual Property or any physical material created as a result of the use of the same in connection with the supply of the Services to the extent necessary to enable the Client to receive the benefit of the Services.
