Common use of Licence of Third Party Software Clause in Contracts

Licence of Third Party Software. Where necessary in accordance with paragraph 27.7 the Contractor shall promptly procure that the owners or the authorised licensors of any applicable Third Party Software provided to DCC by the Contractor grant to the DCC, the relevant DCC Service User(s) and/or the relevant SEC Parties (as applicable) a direct, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence during the Service Period to use the Third Party Software. The sub-licensing arrangements applicable to this paragraph 27.13 are set out in paragraph 0.‌ SUB-LICENSING‌
