Licence Only. This Agreement creates a Licence only and Licensee acknowledges that Licensee does not and shall not claim at any time any interest or estate of any kind or extent whatsoever in the Building, Building Communications Spaces, or Equipment Room by virtue of this Agreement or Licensee’s use of the Building, Building Communications Spaces or Equipment Room pursuant hereto. Licensee further acknowledges that in no event shall the relationship between Licensor and Licensee be deemed to be a landlord-tenant relationship and that in no event shall Licensee be entitled to avail itself of any rights afforded to tenants under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Licence Only. The parties acknowledge that this document grants a licence and not a lease. The legal right to possession and control in relation to the Berth remains with the Licensor, although the Licensee enjoys the occupation rights granted by this Licence.
Licence Only. In respect of the services provided for in this licence, the Owner acknowledges that they are a licensee in respect of the dockage spaces and/or the car/trailer parking spaces which may be assigned to them by the marina from time to time with a right to use those facilities, at their own risk, together with all rights to access those facilities and the boat and/or car or trailer for which they are licensed to use those facilities. This licence’s conditions and rules will be extended by the marina Owner at their discretion with revised conditions if applicable.
Licence Only. 0.0.Xx interest in Land Nothing contained in this Licence will create, or is to be construed as creating any estate or interest in the Land or the Premises in favour of the Licensee.
Licence Only. The Grantee agrees that its right to park fifteen (15) private motor cars within the Premises and in the individual car parking spaces within the Premises is as licensee only and no relationship of landlord and tenant is created by this Agreement.
Licence Only. In respect of the Services provided for in this Licence, the Owner acknowledges that they are a licensee in respect of the dockage, car, and/or trailer parking spaces which may be assigned to them by the Club from time to time with a right to use those facilities at their own risk, together with all rights to access those facilities and the Boat, car, and/or trailer for which they are licenced to use those facilities. This Licence's conditions and rules will be extended by the Club owner at their discretion with revised conditions, if applicable. Waiver & Indemnity: The Owner agrees to pay the costs of all damage to the Club's property and to the property of other Club occupants resulting directly or indirectly from the Owner's negligence or the negligence of their agents, invitees, crew, family members, and/or guests. Without limiting the foregoing, the Owner covenants to indemnity and save harmless the Club against all loss, cost, suits, claims (including penalties and fines) arising out of or in connection with the discharge or release of any fuel, chemicals, waste or other pollutants, and/or violations of any statue or regulation relating to the use, operation, and/or ownership of the Boat by the Owner, their agents, invitees, crew, family members, and/or guests. The Owner represents and warrants that their Boat is a pleasure craft, registered, identified, and equipped in accordance with Canadian Shipping Laws and that it will be operated under its own power in accordance with Safe Boating Principles in the Club area.
Licence Only. This Agreement creates a non-exclusive licence only and the Licensee acknowledges that the Licensee does not and shall not claim any interest or estate of any kind or extent whatsoever in the Building, Communications Spaces, or Equipment Room by virtue of this Agreement or the Licensee’s use of the Building, Communications Spaces or Equipment Room. The relationship between the Licensor and the Licensee shall not be deemed to be a "landlord-tenant" relationship and the Licensee shall not be entitled to avail itself of any rights afforded to tenants at law.
Licence Only. Except as expressly set forth herein, HiFX does not grant the Referrer any right in the HiFX Properties except for a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, without right of sub-licence, to use and reproduce the URL Mark on the Referrer's website solely for the purpose of creating Qualifying Links.
Licence Only. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a non-exclusive contractual licence only and nothing in this Agreement creates any leasehold or other property right or interest in the Licence Area or in the Land.

The parties acknowledge that: no relationship of landlord and tenant is created between the Owner and the Operator by this agreement; the Owner retains control, possession and management of the Property and the Operator has no right to exclusive possession nor to exclude the Owner from the Property; and this agreement confers no easement.
