Licence, scope of use. 3.1. We grant the customer a non-exclusive licence that is limited in accordance with the more detailed provisions of these terms and conditions of use. The customer may use the software solely for the areas of application and working environment (hardware and software environment) stipulated in the software description or as otherwise specified by us. The software may only be used by the customer and its employees. The licence does not establish any entitlement on the part of the customer to services regarding the installation and maintenance of the software and to support services.
