Common use of LICENCED RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

LICENCED RIGHTS. The User Entity shall be granted, for Authorized Users only, a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, non-assignable right to access, use, extract, reproduce, print Data from the Database from the site(s) designated by the Seller for its own strictly professional needs for the duration of these Conditions. Such right shall extend to all Authorized Users of the User Entity on the basis of the level of service selected by the User Entity. The User Entity shall not, under any circumstances, carry out a Substantial Extraction of Data from the Database.
