Common use of LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM Clause in Contracts

LICENSE AGREEMENT TERM. This agreement is made for the academic year (Aug. 24, 2024 - May 16, 2025), or for the balance thereof if signed after the beginning of the term. The Department of Residence Life reserves the right to terminate the license agreement if the student is not enrolled, and to make all final decisions regarding room assignments.
