License and Access. 10.2.1 The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee access to the Project Site for carrying out any surveys, investigations, inspections and soil tests that the Licensee may deem necessary during the Development Period, it being expressly agreed and understood that the Licensor shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of survey, investigations, inspections and tests carried out or work undertaken by the Licensee on or about the Site pursuant hereto in the event of Termination or otherwise.

The terms of the license will govern any upgrades provided by DF that replace or supplement the original product, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern. The licenses granted by DF terminate automatically if you do not comply with these Terms of Use.

Subject to Your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and Your payment of any applicable fees, Prompt Parking grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make use of the parking facility (and applicable the particularly assigned parking space. No landlord - tenant relationship is being established. This license can be terminated at any time by Prompt Parking as more fully set forth in the Agreement.

License and Access. 4.1.1 Pursuant to this Contract and the covenants and warranties on the part of the O&M Operator herein contained, Kannur Airport, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, hereby grants to the O&M Operator, commencing from the Access Date, leave and license rights in respect of all the Licensed Premises which is described, delineated and shown in Schedule 2 hereto, on an “as is where is” basis, free of any Encumbrances, to provide Cargo Handling Services at the said Licensed Premises, together with all and singular rights, liberties, privileges, easements and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Licensed Premises, hereditaments or premises or any part thereof belonging to or in any way appurtenant thereto or enjoyed therewith, for the duration of the Term and, for the purposes permitted under this Contract, and for no other purpose whatsoever. It is expressly agreed and understood that Kannur Airport shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of any expenditure incurred by the O&M Operator on or about the Licensed Premises pursuant hereto in the event of Termination or otherwise.
License and Access. As a user of the App, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to access and use the App (and its associated Content). We may terminate this license at any time for any reason, whatsoever. You may use the App and/or Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App and/or Content. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. As an App user, your license is provided solely for access to the App in order to obtain information about the App and/or the associated Content and to register for a subscription. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS The Xxxxxxx Center makes every effort to properly credit all third party content.
