License and Access. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and any other agreement with DF, and your payment of any applicable fees related to your use of the Service, DF or its content providers, as applicable, grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non- sublicensable license that relates solely to the use of the Services. You may not copy, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive or decode the source code, modify, or create imitative works of the Licensed Application or any part thereof. The terms of the license will govern any upgrades provided by DF that replace or supplement the original product, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern. The licenses granted by DF terminate automatically if you do not comply with these Terms of Use.
