Common use of LICENSE AND AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

LICENSE AND AUTHORITY. The Contractor warrants that any individual performing work under this Agreement requiring a California license shall possess and maintain all necessary licenses, permits registrations, and certifications during the term of this Agreement, and that all such individuals are duly authorized to enter into this Agreement by its governing or controlling body. Evidence or copies of all necessary licenses, registrations and certifications must accompany this Agreement.
