LICENSE AND DEFINITIONS. 2.1 General license terms Use of the Software: The copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the Software must be reproduced on any permitted copy. You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the use of the Software. You may use the Software only for the intended purposes as defined in the Instructions for Use (“IFU”) and/or in the Software User’s Guide at each point in time, or for personal or internal training, education or demonstration. Any right to use the Software for external training, education or demonstration of the Software is subject to prior written approval by the Company. The Company may control the number and type of Licenses and the use of the Software by key codes or by other means.
