Common use of License and Updates to the System Clause in Contracts

License and Updates to the System. Service Provider hereby grants Supplier a limited license to access and use the System for internal purposes only and in accordance with this Agreement. The System is owned or licensed to Service Provider and Service Provider has sufficient rights to grant the license set forth hereunder. The System does not and shall not infringe or violate the patent, copyright, or other property rights of any third party when used by Supplier as set forth hereunder. Service Provider shall continually review and modify the System and the Services for compliance with the Rules or Regulations. Service Provider reserves the right to make changes in the System and the Services.
