License bv Komo. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Komo hereby grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in accordance with Section 13.11 - Assignment), royalty-free, worldwide license, without right to sub-license, for the Subscription Term, to (a) access and use, and to permit its Users to access and use, the Komo Platform, in accordance with the Documentation, subject to the Entitlements, and (b) reproduce, modify, and distribute and display the Documentation, in each case solely for the Customer’s operations in its ordinary course of business. Komo reserves all other rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
