Common use of License by the Customer Clause in Contracts

License by the Customer. The Customer hereby grants to Komo a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in accordance with Section 13.11 - Assignment), royalty-free license, without right to sub-license (except to its sub- processors, as required for the provision of the Subscription Services), to use the Customer Data, solely as necessary to perform the Services and as otherwise may be agreed in writing by the Customer. The Customer reserves all other rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

The Customer hereby grants to Komo a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in accordance with Section 13.11 - Assignment), fully paid, royalty-free license, without right to sub-license (except to its sub- processors, as required for the provision of the Subscription Services), to use the Customer Data, solely (i) as necessary to perform the Services, (ii) on an anonymized basis in connection with the operation of Komo’s business including, without limitation, providing the Subscription Services to third parties; and (iii) as otherwise may be agreed in writing by the Customer. The Customer reserves all other rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
