Common use of License by You Clause in Contracts

License by You. You grant to Fanplayr the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute and use Your Media, in order to provide the Fanplayr Service. In addition, you grant Fanplayr the non-exclusive and royalty free right during the Term of this Agreement to use your name and trademarks, service marks or logos for the purpose of listing You as a customer of the Fanplayr Service, including on the Fanplayr website and marketing materials.

License by You. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You grant to Fanplayr the non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute and use Your MediaMedia as submitted by You, in order to provide the Fanplayr Service. In addition, you grant Fanplayr the non-exclusive and royalty free right during the Term of this Agreement to use your name and trademarks, service marks or logos for the purpose of listing You as a customer of the Fanplayr Service, including on the Fanplayr website and marketing materials.
