License Fee Abatement. The Monthly License Fee with respect to the affected Tower Facility shall be abated during any period that the Tower has not been restored following an event described in Subsections (a) or (b) above so long as Licensee is unable to continue to operate from a temporary location at the Tower Facility during any period of restoration.
