License Fee Commencement Sample Clauses

License Fee Commencement. Except as set forth herein, the date on which the License Fee (as defined below in Section 3(b)) is first due under an SLA shall be the SLA Commencement Date. If the SLA Commencement Date and the termination date of an SLA do not occur on the first or last day of a month, respectively, the License Fee for such partial period shall be prorated by multiplying the monthly License Fee by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days of the applicable partial month during in the term and the denominator of which is the total number of days in the same calendar month.
